Robbie Myers

Robbie Myers’s classes are themed with her life philosophy: to create, produce, and share empowering art as much as humanly possible. She teaches asana, meditation, and her favorite, yoga nidra. Pulling from what has inspired her (yes, you will hear about Star Wars and Frodo at some point), Robbie loves to use her creativity with yoga, which she sees as an artform.

Robbie discovered yoga in her early 20s as a path to physical healing. In her 30s, yoga helped heal her Soul. Robbie believes that the meaning of yoga, to “yoke” or “unite,” is about unveiling who you are. Like recognizing oneself as a singular planet in our massive Universe, connected to something bigger; yet realizing we are all individuals, even in our practice. To honor this, we must find what works for us individually and what doesn’t. The many leaves of the yoga tree give us a multitude of options for figuring it out. Because yoga can lead to self-discovery, Robbie’s love for the practice is deep and she enjoys sharing the gift of yoga with others.

Robbie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Sage Yoga & Wellness and is currently enrolled there for her 300 hour teacher training. As a forever student, she will continue to educate herself, and she is grateful for all her teachers, in and out of yoga.
