Rental Policy and Procedures

As this is a shared community space it is important we honor a few simple guidelines.

  • Please do not use Sage beyond your scheduled time.
  • Do not share access to Sage to anyone.
  • Please leave Sage in the tidy condition in which you found it. 
  1. Return all props neatly to their proper home.
  2. Do a quick sweep of the floor with the push broom.
  3. Turn off lights and blow out candles.
  4. Turn off sound system.
  5. Place any garbage in trash.
  6. Items left behind can be placed in the Lost + Found cubby.
  7. Lock the door.
  8. Return key to lockbox.

Entry & Exit

242 N 8th St, Ste 210, 2nd Floor of the Fidelity Building.

  • 2570 is the code to the lockbox on the upper left frame of the main entrance on 8th street.
    • This key will unlock the door on the right side. Unlock and return key to the lockbox.
    • ***This door is generally unlocked during all regular business hours.
  • 4590 is the code to the lockbox to the right of Sage’s entrance.
    • The key hole is right above the door handle.
    • Once the door is open, you must press the tab in the door frame to keep the door unlocked.
  • Return key to lockbox.
  • Consider locking the door when you begin your session so that you are not disturbed.
  • Please press the same tab in the door frame to lock the door when leaving.
  • Please be mindful of our neighbors when using the sound system during business hours.

      Lights

  • Light switches for above the desk and in the waiting area are next to the desk by the thermostat.
  • Light switches for the main area are in the curtained storage closet above the sound system.
  • Lights are all dimmable.
  • Generally using just the wall sconces provides enough light.
  • Please turn off lights when leaving.

      Leaving

  • Turn off lights, including salt lamp and any LED lights.
  • Blow out candles and/or put out incense.
  • MUSIC: First turn down volume on mixer then turn off power strip.
  • Do not turn off power on mixer or subwoofer.
  • Neatly replace any used items.
  • Roll yoga mats and sheep skins, stack blocks, return straps and eye pillows to baskets. Stack bolsters and meditation cushions. Properly fold blankets. 
  • Use long push broom to sweep the floor. Gather into dustpan with regular broom and discard.
  • Sheets are not provided for the massage table. Please bring your own sheets, and take the used sheets with you.
  • Please do not go over time.
  • Return key to lockbox.

      Payments

       Payments can be made via the scheduling platform, on Paypal (friends and family) to radha@eastforest.org or on Venmo @marisaradhaweppner.

       You set your own pricing and do your own marketing, and all proceeds are yours to keep.

        A 10% discount is offered for multiple bookings over 15 hours per month.

      Rescheduling and Cancellation

       Rescheduling and cancellation is allowed with more than 48 hours notice.
